3. Do you offer trading strategy advice?
No. Discitrades is not a financial entity and does not provide any financial or trading advice. It only enforces your predefined risk limits to keep your trading disciplined.
4. Do you guarantee Profitability?
We guarantee that your risk management rules are strictly enforced, protecting your account from exceeding your pre-defined limits. However, profitability depends on several factors, one of which is your trading strategy.

2. Packages & Pricing

10. What are your packages?
We offer two packages: The Essential Package includes daily loss limits, risk per trade, trade count limits, and consecutive loss limits, helping you manage core risk parameters effectively. The Ultimate Package includes: Daily Loss Limit, Trade Count Limit, Consecutive Losses Block, News Trading Block, Drawdown Block, Profit Protection, and Risk per Trade, giving you full control over your trading risk.
11. How much does it cost to subscribe?
The Essential Package costs $19, The Ultimate Package costs $25 and billed after every two weeks if you only were profitable at the end of the 2 weeks.
12. Can I use one subscription package for multiple accounts?
No. Each subscription is tied to a single trading account. Every account runs on a separate secure server to ensure proper monitoring and enforcement of your risk limits, so you need a separate Activation for each account.
13. Can I switch between packages after signing up?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade through your dashboard.
14. Are there any hidden fees or additional costs?
No. All costs are clearly stated during registration.
15. What happens if I want to cancel my subscription?
Clients can request cancellation at any time. Once a cancellation request is received, we contact the client to understand the reason and see if we can provide support. If the client chooses to proceed, the subscription is canceled with no charges after clearing any pending balance.
16. Is there a difference in support between packages?
No. All clients are treated equally, regardless of whether they subscribe to the Essential or Ultimate Package. There is no difference in support — every client receives the same attention and assistance.
17. Do you offer any discounts for long-term subscriptions?
Yes. We offer special discounts for long-term subscriptions, such as quarterly, six-month, or annual plans. These require upfront payment and must be requested by contacting us.

3. Registration & Onboarding

18. How can I register in Discitrades?
Sign up on our website with your Name, email and password.
19. Do you require KYC?
No. Discitrades does not require KYC because we are not a financial entity and do not provide trading or financial advice.
20. Onboarding process
You simply answer a few activation questions and provide the required information. Once completed, you’ll receive an email confirming that your service is active and everything is running automatically.
21. How quickly can I start using the service after registration?
Once approved, setup is immediate—typically within minutes.
22. Trial period or demo
A separate trial or demo isn’t necessary. Since clients don’t pay upfront, there’s no need for refunds — you only pay if your account reaches the profit threshold. If you don’t make the required profit, you can simply unsubscribe at any time without any charges.
23. What information do I need to provide during Activation?
During activation, you’ll need to answer a few questions about your trading experience and strategy and provide basic account details. This allows us to configure your risk limits correctly and ensure the service is tailored to your account.
24. Is there a verification process after registration?
Yes. We review your activation application to ensure you meet the requirements to use our service.
25. Can I trade from any device and still benefit from Discitrades?
Yes. Discitrades runs on secure servers, so whether you trade from a desktop, laptop, or mobile device, your risk limits are enforced in real-time. You receive the same protection and benefits regardless of the device you use for trading.
26. What if I forget my password?
Use the “Forgot Password” link to reset it via email.
27. Is there a mobile app available?
Currently, Discitrades does not require a mobile app to operate. The service runs automatically on secure servers to enforce your risk limits. In the future, we may offer an app that allows you to monitor your limits and progress, but it won’t give the ability to bypass or modify your limits.

4. Usage & Risk Management

28. How can I customize my risk parameters?
During activation, you set up your initial risk limits. You can modify these limits later, but changes are limited to twice a week to prevent impulsive adjustments, and the maximum allowed changes up to 20%. This ensures your risk management remains effective while still offering some flexibility.
29. What happens when I reach my risk limits?
When your predefined risk limits are reached, Discitrades automatically suspends further trades until the next trading day, protecting your account from additional losses.
30. Can I track my performance?
Currently, we do not provide automated performance tracking. However, you can request a report showing your remaining limits.
31. Which trading platforms can I use with Discitrades and which brokers?
Currently ALL MT5-compatible brokers; MT4 support is coming soon.
32. Can I use Discitrades if I am a prop firm trader?
It depends on your prop firm’s rules. If the prop firm allows a risk management EA and access to a VPS (IP rules), you can use Discitrades ,you will pay additional 5$ bi-weekly and you will have your dedicated VPS and IP address. If not, the service cannot be applied. The best approach is to contact your prop firm and explain that you want to use your own risk management EA. If they approve, you can enroll with us, but it remains your responsibility to comply with their rules. contact us for help
33. Can I adjust my risk parameters after setting them?
Yes, you can update your limits, but after any increase, you must wait 24 hours before changing them again. Each increase can only be up to 20% of your current risk (for example, if your risk is $100, the next increase can be no more than $120). Decreases can be applied immediately.
34. Is there a minimum account balance required?
Yes. We recommend a minimum account balance of $500. This ensures your trading setup is realistic and efficient — allowing Discitrades to operate properly and optimize your risk parameters without restricting your trading potential.
35. Can I temporarily disable the risk management features?
Discitrades does not allow temporary disabling of risk management features — this is by design. Our purpose is to protect you during the exact moments when discipline is hardest. If you ever decide you no longer want the service, you may simply request to unsubscribe at any time.

5. Subscription Management & Billing

36. How can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription?
Upgrades are allowed immediately and billing will be prorated based on usage — e.g. if the client has used 3 days of the old package, then switches to the new one, they’ll be billed proportionally for both the remaining days of the current cycle.
37. How is the billing cycle?
Our billing is bi-weekly. You only pay the fixed subscription fee every 15 days — and only if you stay subscribed.
38. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept crypto payment for the moment, 300 Crypto Currency available.
39. Can I pause my subscription?
Discitrades does not offer a standard pause option, because the service is designed to keep your trading discipline active at all times. Pausing and trading without protection often leads to impulsive mistakes — the very thing Discitrades is built to prevent. However, if you will not be trading at all (for example, during travel or temporary inactivity), you may request a manual pause by contacting our support team.
40. What will happen to my payment data?
Discitrades doesn’t keep any payment data. You will only have the biweekly billing information in the client Portal dashboard.
41. Will I be notified before automatic renewal?
Yes, notifications are sent via email before renewal.
42. What happens if my payment fails?
Your service may be suspended until payment is completed.

6. Security & Support

43. Security measures and data protection
Discitrades uses fully encrypted infrastructure to protect your data. When you enter your trading credentials on our site, the password is encrypted in transit and delivered directly to our secure servers — where the Discitrades EA runs on a VPS — No staff can view or retrieve your password in plain text. By design the EA cannot withdraw funds or initiate new trades; it only monitors activity and enforces your configured limits. This setup provides strong isolation and maximum operational safety.

45. How is my data Stored?
All trading data and sensitive clients data is encrypted and stored securely on our servers.
46. Do you have access to my trading account?
No — Discitrades cannot trade, withdraw, or modify your funds. It is technically restricted from opening trades, or placing stop orders or limit orders. Our system is built for risk control only — not execution or financial access.

49. Do you provide educational resources or tutorials?
We provide straightforward setup guides and FAQs to help you use Discitrades correctly — but we do not teach trading strategies or offer market education or recommendations. Discitrades is strictly a risk-management and discipline tool, not a learning platform.

7. Technical Requirements

50. What are the system requirements for Discitrades?
Discitrades itself does not require any specific system requirements on your device — we run entirely on our own servers with our own MT5 environment. You only need an active subscription and internet access to manage your settings through the dashboard.
51. Is there any software I need to install?
You only need your own MT5 platform ( or Mobile version ) to trade — nothing from Discitrades needs to be installed locally.
52. Does Discitrades EA connect to my trading platform?
No — Discitrades does not connect to your own MT5 trading platform. Your trading account is executed on your side only. Discitrades runs separately on its own secure MT5 servers, monitoring your activity remotely based on the encrypted credentials you provide.
53. What internet connection speed is recommended?
A stable internet connection is required to access your Discitrades dashboard and manage your settings — a minimum of 1 Mbps is sufficient. Since Discitrades runs entirely on its own servers, your trading stability is not affected by your local internet speed.
